School Profile and Branding
How to manage your school motto, badge/logo, contact phone numbers, and theme colors.
- High-resolution PNG or SVG school badge on transparent or white background.
- Verified school address and contact phone number.
Step 1: Open Settings > School Profile
From the main navigation sidebar, select "Settings" and choose the "School Profile" tab.
Step 2: Upload Your School Badge
Click "Upload Badge/Logo" and select your image file. The system automatically optimizes and renders your crest on all student report cards, invoices, receipts, and public web pages.
Step 3: Define Motto and Theme Color
Enter your school motto (e.g., "Knowledge is Light"). Pick your primary school theme color. The chosen color will automatically tint your portal headers, student transcripts, and buttons.
Step 4: Save Profile Changes
Click "Save Settings". Your updated branding takes effect across all student, teacher, and parent screens immediately.
- The badge uploaded here will appear on printable PDF report cards and terminal examination broadsheets.
