Central School Media Storage & Cloud Assets
Upload photos once and re-use them across profile avatars, staff rosters, site banners, and gallery pages without duplicate uploads.
- Ensure you are logged in as a School Administrator or School Proprietor.
- Prepare high-resolution school photography, logos, or staff headshots in PNG, JPG, or WEBP format.
Step 1: Accessing School Media Storage
Whenever you click an upload button (such as uploading a profile avatar, faculty headshot, hero slider photo, or gallery image), select "Choose from School Media Storage" to open your central Cloudinary library.
Step 2: Re-using Uploaded Media
Browse previously uploaded school media. Use the search bar to filter by filename. Click any asset thumbnail to instantly select and apply it without re-uploading duplicate files.
Step 3: Multi-Tenant Asset Security
All media assets are strictly partitioned by school ID and Cloudinary directory structure (schools/{school_slug}/*). School A cannot view or access School B media assets.
Step 4: Animated Asset Removal
To remove outdated files from your school storage, click the trash icon on any asset thumbnail. A Framer Motion confirmation dialog will prompt you to confirm permanent deletion.
- Deleting a media asset from storage removes it permanently from your school library catalog.
